Josh Davis was raised in San Antonio, Texas where he attended college at Trinity University. At a young age Josh realized he wanted to become a lawyer and represent people, not corporations or insurance companies, in obtaining justice.
He attended the University of Houston Law Center. While at the Law Center Josh was invited to join the Moot Court Team, and was eventually elected to the Moot Court Board. Since graduating, Josh has been privileged to represent children and families in courtrooms all across Texas. He has enjoyed numerous courtroom victories representing plaintiffs seeking compensation at the trial and appellate level, and he specializes in the defense of Chapter 74 expert report appeals.
Prior to coming to Miller, Curtis & Weisbrod Josh spent time in other plaintiffs firms in Houston and Denton.
Josh is licensed to practice in Texas, and the U.S District Courts in the Eastern and Northern subdivisions.
